Medication Shipping Terms and Conditions


Warnock Premier Health is committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your medications. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully regarding the shipping of your medication.


Disclaimer of Responsibility

Warnock Premier Health is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of medication once it has shipped from the dispensing pharmacy or from the Warnock Premier Health clinic. Our responsibility concludes once the medication is tendered to the shipping carrier.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments


  • Medication Shipped Directly from a Pharmacy: If your medication was shipped directly from the pharmacy, you will need to contact the pharmacy directly to address any issues regarding lost, damaged, or stolen shipments.


  • Medication Shipped from Warnock Premier Health Clinic with Insurance: If your medication was shipped from the Warnock Premier Health clinic, and you purchased additional shipping insurance at the time of your order, Warnock Premier Health will submit a claim on your behalf through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the lost, damaged, or stolen medication.


  • Medication Shipped from Warnock Premier Health Clinic Without Insurance: If your medication was shipped from the Warnock Premier Health clinic without additional shipping insurance you will be responsible for reordering the medication and paying the full price.
